All Coal Handlers and Users

We are continuously making and improving all efforts to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19. The measures that have been taken include:

• Company doctor and his staff are available round the clock for initial screening and taking further care of the employees including sending suspects to hospitals by company ambulance
• Screening by thermal cameras of all employees and the visitors at the entrance of the Terminal
• Placement of hand sanitizers in all buildings and common areas within the terminal premises
• Deep cleaning of offices including furniture, office equipment, elevators etc.
• Have suspended biometric attendance
• Our Safety team is doing awareness sessions with employees for taking precautions as have been suggested the doctors
• Employees are being encouraged to share details of visits from abroad of any of their immediate family members and friends whom they are or have been in physical contact with recently so that further care can be taken as appropriate.

We are continuously monitoring and keeping updated on the threat posed by COVID-19; and will take all possible steps for handling the situation.
