UPDATE 4:

In view of the COVID-19 outbreak and notices issued by the provincial government and keeping in mind the business needs of our customers, we have decided to take the following measures to ensure the safety of our staff, our customers, and their representatives.

Amid the COVID-19 outbreak there is no such stringent regulation(s) for the truck drivers, supporting staff, and customer’s representatives entering the terminal except the obligatory requirement of wearing face masks. Moreover, the body temperature of all shall be monitored at the entry gate(s), therefore, they shall need to cooperate with our security/gate staff.

It is also advised that truck drivers, supporting staff, and customer’s representatives visiting the customer service desk must maintain social distancing at all times.

We are also fumigating all of our offices at the terminal.

In case, any representative(s) need to visit our customer service desk – we urge them to take the following precautions:

• Use hand sanitizer before entering the office
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue which should be disposed-off immediately
• Wear face mask and gloves
• Avoid unnecessary interaction

Nevertheless, all discharging and loading operations are being carried out as normal, also the terminal shall remain operational in the forthcoming days/weeks/months until any further notification.
